also, the bed was incredibly small. for a so-called ‘luxury’ suite, i expected at least a complimentary upgrade or drink—guess that’s too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but the noise and poor treatment ruined it completely.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room with Private Bathroom. The place was very clean, and the room had plenty of space for our luggage. Staff were super accommodating, letting us store our bags after checkout to explore more. The best part is the great location. walking distance to all tourist sites! 👍

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family loved the spacious Superior Deluxe Double room, but entering was a struggle with a stroller due to narrow doorways. The host helped with luggage, and the location near historic sites made our visit memorable. Pro tip, check door dimensions if traveling with a stroller.

Our stay was a culinary dream! Breakfast delivered to the room was a highlight, with fresh pastries making every morning feel special. Plus, we strolled to nearby Yotvata for amazing cuisine and Gelateria Alberto Pica for the most divine gelato—definitely food adventures worth sharing! Elbert and the team made us feel at home, ensuring everything was clean and cozy.
However, there were a few hiccups. No staff on-site when we had questions was a bit confusing. We also faced some issues with the tourist tax and breakfast arrangements for our child, which left us sourcing more meals from nearby eateries. Despite these bumps, everything still shined!

I loved the location near popular neighborhoods and the Tiber River, making sightseeing easy within a 10-15 minute walk. The room was clean, modern, and came with a great view, providing a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast delivered to my room every morning was a standout perk, and I appreciated the tasty pastries. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and helpful. However, I faced a challenge with breakfast for my child. Although I asked for an extra breakfast, I only received minimal items, forcing me to supplement with food from nearby cafes. An extra bed for my child would have enhanced our comfort during the stay. Also, while the room was stylish, the size felt a bit cramped for lounging. Overall, a charming place with room for improvement in family accommodations.

The room offered a clean and spacious feel, with plenty of natural light coming through. Location near key landmarks made sightseeing a breeze.
The air conditioning struggled in the heat, making sleep a challenge, and windows felt fragile when trying to open them for fresh air. Additionally, the lack of an extra bed for a child and confusing breakfast arrangements led to some inconvenience during our stay.

This place was just a suitable option for a short stayover in Rome with good value for money. The staff brought us a delicious croissant and juice for breakfast even when it wasn’t included for our child. Consider asking about breakfast options ahead of time.
